Il faut bien les distinguer, car assez souvent, on vous vend la truffe d'été au prix de la truffe d'hiver......&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Und hier eine Sommertrüffel, ich denke, gerade ausserhalb von Frankreich wird oft diese Trüffelsorte angeboten, der richtige Wintertrüffel ist viel dunkler und man riecht es auch schon. Quand il y a du jus, c'est cuit&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Die Filets gut salzen und pfeffern und mit Olivenöl beträufeln. Alors, je dois dire que je ne suis pas fan de cette confiture,à la limite, elle va bien avec un fromage de brébis ou du chèvre. Mais par contre, comme "cassis", je crois aue c'est top, donc prochaine fois, je vais mariner les fruits avec pas mal de sucre et ajouter du vodka!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dann eine Marmelade wie gehabt zubereiten. Also, ich bin kein Fan dieser Frucht, ich fand sie nur zu Käse gut. Assaisonnez le tout, vous pouvez également mariner les brochettes dans un peu d'huile d'olive avec un peu d'ail et plein d'herbes....&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dann Merguez und Schweinfleisch ( aus dem Hals) in Stücke schneiden und abwechselnd mit Paprika und Zwiebeln aufspiessen, würzen. &lt;em&gt;A part de ça, il vous faut des concombres, des olives ( de Nyons, nous sommes à côté!), des oignons, un peu d'origan et la feta! Assaisonnez avec un peu d'huile d'olive et di citron.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sonst braucht man nur noch Gurken, Oliven ( aus Nyons, also von nebenan), Zwiebeln, etwas Oregan und Feta. &lt;em&gt;Préparez la sauce à l'avance, coupez des tomates mûres du jardin avec le goût extraordinaire! en petits dés, ajoutez un peu de sel et du poivre, une très bonne huile d'olive très douce et un peu de câpres et du jus de citron, laissez mariner un peu. Et, il ne faut même pas ajouter de tonnes de sucre car les fruits étaient super sucrés!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eine Sangria mit sonnengereiften super reifen Früchten aus der Provence, das ist wirklich nicht zu vergleichen! Laissez au moins une nuit au frais&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;Man sollte Pfirsiche, Nektarinen, Orangen- und Zitronenscheiben nehmen, Äpfel, Feigen, Himbeeren......Und, Verbene! &lt;em&gt;En été, j'ai toujours des poivrons marinés, des bonnes tomates et des aubergines marinées à la maison. Comme ça, on peut préparer un dîner en 3 minutes, pendant les vacances, c'est pratique surtout quand il y a des invités surpris!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Im Sommer habe ich eigentlich immer marinierte Paprika, gute Tomaten und marinierte Auberginen im Hause. Dieses Mal, bei der Hitze!, gab's dazu eisgekühlte Melone. Pour le côté petillant, soit vous l'ajoutez un peu de Prosecco ( et oui!) ou de la limonade au citron&lt;/em&gt;.....&lt;br /&gt;Eine reife und gut gekühlte Melone nehmen, dann kleine Kugeln herausstechen und diese dann mit etwas "Erdbeerwein" auffüllen. et on les trouve que là bas, au Pays Basque....Le Pays Basque, cela vaut toujours un voyage....&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eine richtige Pipérade, wie es sich gehört, mit den nur dort wachsenden kleinen, grünen und gar nicht scharfen Paprikaschoten.....Mehr dazu gibt's &lt;a href="http://www.bipereztia.com/index.php3"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;hier&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;. Je n'arrête pas à la faire car tous mes amis me la réclament. Et attention, on devient vite accroc.....&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Das war die Entdeckung des Jahres! Ich habe jetzt sicherlich schon die 3. oder 4. Fuhre dieser Marmelade eingekocht, weil meine Freunde sich darum reissen. Laissez mariner und journée et ensuite, faites cuire votre confiture comme d'hab. Cette confiture est super bonne avec un fromage blanc et un brébis&lt;/em&gt;....&lt;br /&gt;Die Früchte schneiden, dann noch etwas Verbene und eine Zimtstange dazugeben und die geforderte Menge an Zucker und Pectine ( alles abwiegen...). Noch mit etwas Rotwein auffüllen und erstmal marinieren lassen. Cette salade est très raffraichissante et très facile à faire, et la bon mortadelle, on la trouve maintenant partout!&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ich verliere so langsam mein Deutsch, ich wusste nicht und musste erst nachschauen, was pourpier übersetzt heisst.....Passiert mir, was das Kochen angeht, eigentlich recht häufig, oft kenne ich nicht die deutschen Namen für Fische etc..
